How Misoki handles the personal data you share through this website: the contact form, analytics you allow, and the few cookies we use.
Who we are
Misoki is a product and brand of Sivense. The company behind it, and behind this website, misoki.ai, is Sivense, Unipessoal Lda, registered in Portugal (NIPC 516937456), Rua 5 de Outubro, 185, 4100-175 Porto, Portugal. We operate under the name Misoki, so in this policy "Misoki", "we" and "us" mean Sivense, Unipessoal Lda. We are the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers the website only. Data processed inside the Misoki platform for our customers is governed by the customer agreement and its data processing terms.
What we collect and why
When you contact us
The "Request a demo" form asks for your name, work email, phone, company and a description of what you monitor, and lets you attach up to five files. We use this to answer you and to prepare a demo or a proposal. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
The message is stored in our systems and forwarded to our support mailbox and our team's Slack workspace, so the right person can answer. We keep it for 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a customer relationship.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you allow analytics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and receives your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you visit. Nothing is sent to Google until you allow it, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. The legal basis is your consent.
The "Marketing" category is for measuring which campaigns bring visitors. We currently run no marketing tags of our own; if you allow it, Google Analytics may use it for campaign measurement.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting and network providers process your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

Who processes the data for us
- DigitalOcean (hosting) and Cloudflare (content delivery and security)
- Google (Analytics, only with your consent)
- Slack and our email provider (handling enquiries)
Sivense also has companies in the United States (Sivense LLC) and Ukraine (TOV Sivense). Team members at these companies may see your enquiry so they can answer it or prepare a demo. They act on our instructions, and their access from outside the EEA is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves the EEA, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page.
